Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and probet88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of all services accessible via probet88.cam. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account with probet88, a prospective Member must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of membership:

3. Residency awareness: You must be aware of, and personally responsible for ensuring compliance with, any applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia or any other jurisdiction in which you access the Platform. probet88 does not hold a Malaysian government gambling licence, as no such licence exists for online gambling in Malaysia.
4. Single account: Each individual may hold only one probet88 Account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice and associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
5. Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary self-exclusion arrangement with probet88 or any linked programme.
6. Accuracy of information: All registration details — including name, date of birth, address, email and payment credentials — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false particulars may result in immediate account closure.

Registration & Account Security

Completing the probet88 registration process creates a personal Account that is non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your Account. probet88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Select a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including persons who claim to be probet88 support staff. Legitimate support will never request your password.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices, particularly if you are accessing from a cybercafé in Kuala Lumpur, Penang or any shared-use environment.
• Notify probet88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access, at [email protected].
• Two-factor authentication or additional security steps may be enabled at probet88's discretion to protect your Account.

probet88 reserves the right to lock or flag an Account if suspicious login behaviour is detected, pending identity verification. This is a protective measure and does not prejudice the Member's ability to recover a legitimate Account after successful verification.

Terms of Use

Members may use the probet88 Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Commercial exploitation of any Platform feature, including but not limited to automated bet placement, data scraping, odds arbitrage at scale, or operating a sub-agent arrangement, is strictly prohibited.

The following conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the relevant Account, with or without forfeiture of balance:

• Using, attempting to use or conspiring to use any software, bot, script or algorithm to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or any form of collusion with other Members or third parties.
• Knowingly exploiting a technical error, glitch or odds pricing error in any bet placement.
• Opening more than one Account personally, through a proxy or on behalf of any other person.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own verified name, including third-party e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay accounts belonging to another individual.
• Any attempt to launder funds or process transactions for any person other than yourself.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on probet88 are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the sport or game in question. In the event of a conflict between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule takes precedence. The following principles apply across all betting and gaming activity:

1. Confirmation of bets: A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your Account balance. Bets are not confirmed by the mere entry of selection details.
2. Odds at time of placement: The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed and accepted at the exact moment of placement. Subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.
3. Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including match abandonment, incorrect market configuration or events falling outside pre-defined settlement criteria. Voided stakes are returned to the Member's Account.
4. Asian Handicap rules: Asian Handicap markets (popular among Malaysian football bettors following Liga Super Malaysia and EPL fixtures) may split stakes across adjacent handicap lines. Where a quarter-goal line results in a half-win or half-loss, the return is calculated accordingly.
5. Live betting: Live (in-play) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. probet88 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice.
6. Maximum payout limits: probet88 enforces maximum payout limits per event and per market category. Any winnings exceeding the applicable limit will be paid only up to that limit. Current limits are displayed in the Platform's help section.
7. Dispute resolution: In the event of a settlement dispute, the probet88 internal review process applies first. Members may not seek external adjudication before exhausting the internal process.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

probet88 supports a range of Malaysian-relevant payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank bank transfer, CIMB bank transfer, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX and USDT TRC20. All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own verified name.

1. Minimum and maximum deposit limits: Each payment method carries a published minimum and maximum deposit range. These limits may be revised by probet88 at any time. The amounts displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction are authoritative.
2. Processing times: E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer deposits via FPX or DuitNow may take 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 require blockchain confirmations and may take 15–30 minutes. These are indicative ranges only; delays outside probet88's control may occur.
3. Deposit fees: probet88 does not typically impose a deposit fee, but third-party payment providers, banks or blockchain network operators may apply their own charges. Members are responsible for checking applicable provider fees.
4. Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawal requests linked to bonus funds may be subject to outstanding wagering requirements.
5. Currency: Transactions on probet88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency amounts are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at time of credit.
6. Returned deposits: In the event of a failed or returned deposit, probet88 will attempt to return funds to the originating payment method. Where this is not technically possible, an alternative return method will be agreed following identity verification.

Bonuses & Promotions

probet88 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, referral rewards and other promotional incentives to eligible Members. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified Members aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotional offer carries specific qualifying conditions, including minimum deposit amounts, eligible game categories, maximum bet-per-round restrictions during wagering, and a claim window.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Eligible-game contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type; slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside the stated wagering pathway.
• Attempting to withdraw funds before completing a wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings.
• probet88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, including where system errors have resulted in incorrect bonus credits.
• Birthday bonuses are issued only to Members whose verified date of birth on file matches the claimed birthday. Tier-based birthday amounts (Bronze MYR 188 through VIP MYR 2,688) are illustrative mock figures subject to current promotion schedules.
• Referral bonuses are credited only after the referred Member completes a qualifying deposit and meets any applicable first-activity conditions. Self-referral is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content on the probet88 Platform — including but not limited to textual content, graphical assets, logo, colour scheme, layout, software, data compilations, odds data, game descriptions and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of probet88 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, commercial exploitation, systematic downloading, screen-scraping or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without probet88's express prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, probet88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits or loss of enjoyment.

probet88 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, internet connectivity failures and events beyond probet88's reasonable control ("Force Majeure") may result in temporary unavailability. probet88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from such events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from probet88's negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension & Termination

probet88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Member Account under the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the Terms of Use (Clause 5) or the Betting Rules (Clause 6).
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or exploitation of a Platform error.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable registration information.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute or reversal from a bank or payment provider in connection with the Member's Account.
• A Member's voluntary request for self-exclusion or permanent Account closure.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, legitimate balances will be held securely. If the investigation concludes in the Member's favour, the Account will be restored and any withheld funds released. If a breach is confirmed, probet88 may permanently close the Account and any bonus-related balance will be forfeited.

Governing Law

probet88 operates under an international licensing framework. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Platform holds its operating licence. Malaysian users should note that no specific Malaysian government licence exists for online gambling, and probet88 does not claim to hold any Malaysian regulatory approval. Users in Malaysia access the Platform on their own initiative and remain personally responsible for ensuring their activities are consistent with applicable Malaysian law.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through probet88's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the competent courts or arbitral body of the Platform's licensing jurisdiction.

Amendments

probet88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated review date. Where a change is material, probet88 may notify active Members by email or by a prominent on-Platform notice prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the probet88 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
